Early Beginnings
Italian and Irish immigrants who made their way through Ellis Island to New York City in the late 1800s would become Andolini's.
Longshoremen, dock workers, construction teams, teamsters, truckers, and barkeeps were the mainstay of the Bausch and Carlucci families. They were working hard, serving their country, and having an unyielding faith in what America could drove their pursuits.
A Tale of 2 Sons
Art Bausch would Marry Margaret Carlucci and have 4 children. Art went to Officer Candidate School of the Marine Corps in 1966 and would be come a Lt Col in the Marine Corps, shaping the culture of the Corp for over twenty years. His two sons would also seek out the Marines and eventually create Andolini's.
Meet The Bausch Brothers
Fifteen years separated between them in age, Jim and Mike would see Jim become VP of a Fortune 500 company while Mike would graduate College with acceptance to Law School.
Jim's transfer to Tulsa, for business would change all that as the two came together to create Andolini's as a way to break free from corporate ties and create something all their own.
Quality From Day One
Making food from scratch was never a gimmick; it was just a conscious decision that if Andolini’s was ever going to prosper, it would be by putting the customer first. That is why Andolini’s has had a policy since day one, if a customer isn’t happy with their food for any reason whatsoever, if they are anything short of impressed, they should not pay for it.
It’s with that mindset that Andolini’s has stuck around and flourished in such a competitive environment.

Created in Tulsa for Tulsans, the dough is incredibly soft but still strong with a chew. The toppings are abundant but never dominating or overwhelming. Everything flows and works in tandem with each other, just like Tulsa.
